Routers were not designed to allow incoming network requests and some games can play tremendously better if an incoming connection is forwarded through the router to the game.
Before You Forward a Port
Before you can forward a port you need to know the following things:
- The IP address of your network router.
- The IP address of the device that the game will play on: either your computer or your console.

Sega has announced a Phantasy Star Online 2 PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC Episode 6 Deluxe Package for the region. Starting April 23, 2020, people will be able to pick up a retail bundle for the game that includes a copy of the game, some DLC, and a pin. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
There will be two variants of this Phantasy Star Online 2 Episode 6 Deluxe Package. One is the standard edition, which will be 4,990 yen (~$46) on the PlayStation 4 and PC and 4,490 yen (~$41) on the Nintendo Switch. The Limited Edition is 1,000 yen more in each case.
Both versions give 12 ARKS Badge (Red), which is enough to exchange for the Monochrome original costume and its different parts. People also get a Color Change Pass and Free Salon Pass, to change their looks, and a set of four Add Ability items to add the hit & PP, shoot & PP, technique & PP, and HP & PP abilities. There are also ten 1,000,000 EXP items, two 15 day Premium Sets, two 15 day Material Warehouse access passes, the Et & Ph 626 lobby action, an Episode 6 poster you can put in your in-game room, and you get the game’s seventh version of its main theme for your room. The Limited Edition also gives people an Etoile Class Pin Badge.
For importers, the Nintendo Switch version of the Phantasy Star Online 2 Episode 6 Deluxe Package might not be an ideal pick. In Japan, the game is a Cloud version that utilizes streaming for people to play. As such, you’re not getting an actual cartridge. You’re only getting the add-ons and items or the DLC and the pins, depending on the edition you buy.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC in Japan, with the Episode 6 Deluxe Package launching on April 23, 2020. In North America, the closed beta begins February 7, 2020, and sign-ups are now open.
